It is just 100 metres to the nearest canal which is packed with fish, and is ideal for beginners and regular anglers alike, and 5 kilometres from the Sevre Niortaise estuary. We also own a two acre, private carp lake, situated alongside a stretch of small river just 35min drive away.

Belle Vue is situated in the centre of a vast network of canals, rivers and lakes where you can catch netfuls of carp, carrasin, bream, tench, roach, and catfish. Hard fighting, wild fish – true sport. The vast majority of waters are hardly fished, with no wading neccesary and bankside parking.
